In the Sales Team everything revolves around AUTO1.com, our B2B online showroom and B2B sales arm of the AUTO1 Group. We have business activities in over 30 countries and give our partners access to the European used car market. We offer our partners a unique all-round service from the efficient purchase of tested vehicles, with personal support by dedicated account managers, to the Europe-wide delivery of the purchased vehicles. Full of vim and vigor we ensure that our partners generate higher turnover and more revenue!
Teams
For the best possible all-round service, the sales team needs a wide range of know-how and different profiles. Sales strength is supported by data-controlled intelligence and competent service interfaces. Our Sales department is split up into the teams Key Account Management, Account Management, Sales Analytics and Sales Operations.
Key Account Management / Account Management
Acquisition of new business partners, establishment and expansion of long-term and sustainable cooperation: We are the spearhead and the decisive contact for our partners when it comes to acquisitions. With more than 500 sales employees at over 22 European locations, we can confidently claim to be a unique sales organization. From top 100 groups to the dealer next door – our incentive and ambition is to provide every partner with the best possible service.
Sales Analytics
In Sales Analytics, we ensure that AUTO1.com can grow data-driven and target-oriented. By collecting and evaluating relevant sales data, all key sales figures are measured and controlled. Our goal is to process data in the best-possible way to support strategically relevant decisions and the everyday business of our sales staff.
Sales Operations
Dealer service
Helping ensure competent all-round service, we in Dealer Service are experts in the entire AUTO1.com process chain a vehicle goes through from purchase to sale to delivery. We are the first point of contact for our partners in all kinds of service issues. Within the Sales team, we also assume a support function for Sales. Partner satisfaction through competent communication and efficient problem solving is our top priority.
Technical expertise
Our team consists of car mechanic master craftsmen. We are real automotive gurus and bring decades of technical expertise to our Sales organization. No technical question, whether from partners or Sales staff remains unanswered.
Lead Quality Assurance
Our new partners receive the first support directly from the first registration on AUTO1.com. In Lead Quality Assurance, we ensure that every partner provides us with all the necessary documents to confirm his business so that he can quickly access our wide range of tested vehicles. Furthermore, we ensure a clean and well-structured AUTO1 partner database.
