In our purchasing department, everything revolves around our Europe-wide wirkaufendeinauto.de branch network, from its expansion to the support of the existing branches. On site we are the first contact for our customers and help make the sale a unique experience. No matter if it’s an Opel Corsa or a Porsche Spyder – we’re interested in every car!

Service Assistants
At our branches, we are the first personal contact person for customers. We take care of them from the very beginning and carry out the complete vehicle sales to ensure a smooth process. Besides taking care of customers, we’re also responsible for the location’s supply and act as an important interface to our headquarters in Berlin. Every day is different, but we always keep cool, even in stressful situations.
Regional managers
As regional managers we are responsible for the regional purchasing business and are a driving force towards a smooth customer experience. Our main job is about coordinating and improving processes in each branch and between different teams. We are the point of contact between our managers, other teams within AUTO1 Group and our employees in the branches. The branch team with all its requests, ideas and challenges is the main anchor in our work.
Purchaser
Together with our service assistants we represent our company in the wkda branches. When evaluating vehicles it’s crucial to stay connected to our customers. As purchasers we take pride in our focus on service, our understanding of cars and our empathy. Every 30 minutes we meet completely new people with new vehicles. Every car has it’s own story, that’s what makes our job exciting and diverse every day.
Teams behind the scenes
Team Infrastructure
We are responsible for the German wirkaufendeinauto.de branch network in the fields of expansion, facility management, controlling as well as procurement. Our job goes from renting new locations to the supply and support for existing locations. We see ourselves as an all-round service provider, supporting our branches with everything, because from the day of opening, we ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are the link between our headquarters and international wkda branch rollout, supporting our individual national companies in other countries and keeping track of expenses of all European branches.
Team Operations
In our team fast and reliable decisions in day-to-day business as well as permanent accessibility have top priority. We stand out through strong communication skills and confidence and are not only there for our employees but also external partners. Every day we prove our organizational talents in the planning of HR assignments for more than 120 branches. Being connected to other teams is crucial to us, to be able to quickly find solutions together.
