We advise our departments in all legal matters and conduct the litigation and out-of-court legal representation of the AUTO1 Group GmbH including all its subsidiaries and portals as well as the coordination of external law firms.
Teams
As a legal department, we focus on professionalism and service orientation. It is our ambition to support the management and the employees in such a way that they can make optimal decisions. We do not only provide legal input, but also propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
Corporate
The corporate team advises in all fields related to the legal structure of the AUTO1 Group and its financing. In particular, we advise our management in order to provide them with the legal basis for strategic decisions. Therefore, we work closely with Finance and Tax.
Commercial
The Commercial Team is the largest team within the legal department and advises in various legal fields. Our experts in the fields of commercial law, data protection law, labour law, media law and industrial property law ensure that our employees have always a competent contact partner. In addition, we are constantly familiarizing ourselves with new areas of law, thus increasing our knowledge for AUTO1.
Compliance
In the field of compliance, we ensure that all internal company processes and procedures comply with the applicable regulations and laws. Therefore, we work closely with the departments and managers.
