HR Areas
In HR we have a broad set of topics we’re taking care of. As we’re spread over 30 locations and team sizes are varying for the specific countries, our HR roles also differ in the degree of specialization. While our HQ in Berlin has formed more specialized teams, most of our international colleagues take over generalists tasks that cover multiple areas.
Talent Acquisition
We are hiring the best talents to ensure the successful growth of AUTO1 going forward. A positive candidate experience throughout the whole recruiting process is our biggest aim, especially speed and reliability are important attributes for our daily work. We closely collaborate with the business to identify needs, define targets and discuss the right sources to get in touch with candidates.
Employer Branding & Employee Experience
Our mission is to create a positive and unique employee and candidate experience along the employee life cycle. We plan and implement measures for our external Employer Brand communication in order to increase brand awareness and attractivity. Internally, we mainly focus on culture related projects.
HR Admin
As the HR Admin Team we are responsible for all administrative and people related matters. Our door is open to every employee at any time - people can get advice related to vacation, contract, benefits, employment law and relocation services. In order to always be able to provide the best conditions and support for our employees, we work closely together with the managing directors and the whole leadership team of AUTO1.
People Analytics
In People Analytics we’re applying analytical processes to the Human Resources department. Our main focus is to collect and organize valuable data, which supports the business, activity planning and decision making in HR. The development of specific KPIs as well as the design and presentation of regular reportings is our main deliverable.
Professional Development
The development, implementation and execution of new HR processes is the main focus of the Professional Development Team. Our initiatives help everyone at AUTO1 to build their own career. Transparent processes around career paths, feedback and performance management at AUTO1 are the main goals of our team.
Training & Development
We care about the individual and professional development of everyone. With a growing range of training opportunities our in-house training team ensures added value on a personal and professional level. Inspirational impulses and new perspectives complement continuous learning at AUTO1 and support the long-term improvement of competences.
