We are looking for a Display Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for our B2C brand Autohero. With our unique online as well as offline presence and product offering we are disrupting the automotive industry, one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players.
We are working in a fast paced, bottom-up environment, with outstanding skilled team members with different backgrounds and expertice, aiming to make Autohero the Nr.1 used-car-buying platform.

Your new Role

  • Take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising display and programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Meta, Outbrain, Taboola, and others.
  • Manage multimedia campaigns, including image and video ads, to deliver the best possible outcomes for performance and brand-building objectives.
  • Dive into the vast space of display and programmatic advertising by breaking it into smaller sections, setting up targeted tests, and analysing results to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Video Production, etc.) to create impactful advertising materials and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and competitive

Your Skills

  • Proven experience managing and optimising display and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., DV360, Meta, Native platforms like Outbrain/Taboola).
  • Skilled in working with both image and video ads, understanding the nuances of multimedia campaigns and how to combine different ad formats for the most efficient performance outocome.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models.
  • Fluent in English and German/Spanish/French/Italian (another european language is a plus)
