Join our Project Management and Analytics team, which is responsible for shaping business decisions for the German market and optimizing processes across our organization. As part of our team, you will work closely with the management team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful analyses and implement initiatives. Your new Role
Prepare quantitative analyses to support decision-making for management and cross-functional teams.
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in business performance and propose actionable recommendations.
Implement business decisions and optimize processes across departments.
Design, monitor, and improve operational and commercial KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including top management.
Work closely with tech and business teams to design and implement scalable solutions for process improvements.
Your Skills
1–3 years of experience in business analytics or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization software
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong preference
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
