Main Tasks:

• Control and ongoing verification of accounting documents in formal and accounting terms
• Settlement of VAT, participating in preparation  of VAT JPK and EU VAT declarations
• Preparation of reports for the Central Statistical Office and tax declarations to the Tax Office
• Accounting of documents
• Settlement of the Company's banking operations
• Participation in the accounting closing of the month
• Participation in the preparation of the Company's annual financial statements
• Periodic reconciliation of entries and account balances
• Monitoring changes in the tax law and the Accounting Act, including cooperation with tax advisors
• Analysis and control of the accounting process,
• Keeping records of Fixed Assets,
• Preparation of bank transfers,
• Issuing sales invoices,
• Monitoring of receivables,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant;
• Knowledge of CIT, VAT and the Accounting Act,
• Higher education preferred majors: finance, accounting
• Knowledge of the English language at min. B2 - must have,
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel,
• Knowledge of Oracle, Symfonia or Optima is desirable
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and search for solutions,
• Active task taking and the ability to work in a team,
• Independence, regularity, commitment and diligence

Additional information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
