Christian Bertermann is CEO sinds hij AUTO1 Group mede oprichtte in 2012. Daarvoor was hij Head of Products bij CityDeal en VP Products International bij Groupon (nadat Groupon CityDeal had gekocht). Christian studeerde aan de Universiteit van Mannheim en behaalde er zijn universitair diploma bedrijfskunde en economie.

Markus Boser werkt sinds 2016 bij AUTO1 Group als Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") en is verantwoordelijk voor alle financiële activiteiten van de organisatie. Voordat hij bij AUTO1 kwam, was Markus Managing Director bij JPMorgan's Technology, Media and Telecoms Investment Banking in EMEA, waar hij strategische M&A, equity en debt financieringen uitvoerde voor verschillende high profile Europese technologie en internet klanten. Daarvoor werkte hij bij Deutsche Bank als Director in Technology Investment Banking en Equity Capital Markets. Markus heeft een J.D. van Columbia University, een LL.M. van de Universität Tübingen en een B.A. van de University of Virginia.

Sören Lange is de SVP van Product & Marketing. Sören begon in 2013 bij AUTO1 Group en heeft sinds 2015 de leiding over de Europese marketingactiviteiten. Ook is hij verantwoordelijk voor productontwikkeling.

Kevin Graham is de SVP Technology. Voordat hij in 2013 bij AUTO1 Group kwam, werkte Kevin als Software Engineer bij Groupon. Kevin heeft zijn PhD in Wiskunde aan King's College London behaald en heeft vervolgens een postdoctoraat volbracht in String Theory en Theoretische Natuurkunde in Parijs en Berlijn.

Moritz Lück is de SVP Sales & Operations. Voordat hij in 2014 startte bij AUTO1 Group, werkte hij bij McKinsey & Company. Moritz studeerde economie aan de universiteiten van Kiel en Mannheim en is gepromoveerd in Behavioral Finance aan de universiteit van Hamburg.

Hamza Saber is de SVP voor Noord-Europa en Managing Director van Autohero GmbH. Voordat hij begin 2014 bij AUTO1 Group in dienst trad, werkte Hamza bij Investment Banking, onder meer in M&A, Corporate Finance en Asset Management, in de sectoren Automotive, Business Services, Retail en Technology & Media in Frankfurt en Londen. Hamza heeft een M.Sc. in Business Administration and Information Systems van de Technische Universiteit van Darmstadt.

Berkan Limon is SVP Purchasing. Voordat Berkan in 2015 aan de slag ging bij AUTO1 Group was hij Chief Operations Officer bij Pepperbill GmbH en Director of Operations DACH bij DailyDeal GmbH. Hij behaalde een Master in wetenschappen aan de Universiteit van Kiel.

Anne-Kristin Müller is onze SVP People & Operations en werkt sinds 2012 bij AUTO1 Group. Anne studeerde media- en communicatiewetenschappen aan de Universiteit van Mannheim en heeft een Master of Arts in communicatie in sociale en economische contexten van de Berlijnse Universiteit voor Kunsten.

Karol Niznik is onze SVP Production, Logistics & Procurement en vervoegde AUTO1 Group in 2014. Karol heeft een Master of Science in Bedrijfskunde en Management van de Universiteit van Passau.

Hakan Koç co-founded AUTO1 Group in 2012 and is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. Since 2023, Hakan has been the Founder and CEO of 1GLOBAL. He served as co-CEO of AUTO1 Group until November 2020, when he left the Management Board to join the Supervisory Board and support the executive team on a strategic level. Prior to 2012, he held positions as Chief Product Officer at home24 SE and as an entrepreneur in residence at Rocket Internet SE. Hakan has a Bachelor of Laws from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

Lars Santelmann is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. He is an automotive executive with a long-standing career at Volkswagen AG. After holding different key positions at Volkswagen, he became chief sales officer of SEAT S.A. in 2000. From 2005 until 2008, he served as chief- and authorized representative of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. In 2008, he became a member of the Management Board of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities and the regions of Europe and Latin America. Afterward, Lars was appointed as CEO of Volkswagen Financial Services AG and held this position until February 2022. He is currently a Senior Executive Advisor at Deloitte GmbH and a Consultant at Green Enesys GmbH.

Sylvie Mutschler-von Specht is a member of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. She started her career in Marketing and later founded her own retail company, which she sold in 1995. Since then, she has been managing her Family Office, focusing on developing commercial real estate in Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Portugal, and the United States. In 2007, Sylvie also founded Mutschler Ventures AG, which primarily invests in digital and technology companies during their early growth stages. She was one of the very early investors in AUTO1 Group. She studied economics at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the USA and graduated with an MBA.

Claudia Frese is a member of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. She has a renowned career in technology and e-commerce, having held key leadership roles at eBay GmbH, where she worked for seven years in various positions, including Head of Consumer Strategy and Head of Product Management. She was Head Online at adviqo GmbH from 2009 to 2013. From 2014 to 2020, she served as Chairwoman of the Management Board at MyHammer AG. Currently, she is the Chairwoman of the Management Board at STRATO AG as well as a member of the Management Board at IONOS SE, and IONOS Holding SE. Claudia holds a Diploma in Regional Studies Latin America from the University of Cologne and Humboldt-University of Berlin.

Martine Gorce Momboisse is a member of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. She started her career with different key positions at advertising agencies such as CLM BBDO. She then spent eight years at Renault in France, where she most recently served as Director Brand Identity. In 2011, Martine became Senior Vice President, Marketing Services at the hospitality company ACCOR, where she held several senior leadership roles until 2022, when she was Deputy Chief Brand Officer. Since then, she has been a self-employed consultant. Martine holds a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University, an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a Master’s in Public Affairs from IEP in Paris.

Christian Miele is a member of the Supervisory Board of AUTO1 Group. He has a distinguished background in e-commerce, finance, and entrepreneurship. Since 2015, he has been the General Partner Europe at Headline Management GmbH. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Board of the German Startup Association. Previously, Christian was Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Kreditech SSL GmbH and Founder and Managing Director of Todaytickets GmbH. He also held the position of Director of Global Venture Development at Rocket Internet AG. Christian holds a Master of Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business - East Asian Management from Cologne Business School.
