Your new Role

Your Responsibilities:

Directly reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager at Autohero France, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer complaints (email and phone), performing an initial diagnosis to assess the urgency of the claim, and proposing appropriate solutions to customers according to our warranty conditions

  • Ensuring the opening and follow-up of cases using our internal tools;

  • Reviewing, negotiating, and approving quotes and services from garages;

  • Upholding our brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Skills

Your Profile :

  • You are bilingual in French

  • You are meticulous, organized, and possess writing skills;

  • You have excellent customer relationship skills and negotiation abilities;

  • You have an interest in the automotive trade / industry;

  • Knowledges of mechanics/bodywork would be appreciated;

  • You are comfortable with computer tools.
