Company Description

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to drive our successful business in growth, develop it further and steer our strategic targets while focusing on profitable growth.

As Vice President, you will manage the business performance of our business units in the Nordics (incl. Sweden, Denmark and Finland). You will ensure that growth targets are met and exceeded, and that new business opportunities and efficiencies are created.

Your new Role

  • Be responsible for our business in the Nordics and drive our brands incl. vikoperdinbil.se, AUTO1.com and Autohero forward
  • Build teams and lead with a focus on strategic direction, quality in the execution of daily business and the career development of individuals
  • Optimize our processes and increase our efficiency by controlling relevant KPIs
  • Manage and control the profit and loss statement of the business units in the Nordics
  • Work closely with the international leadership team to achieve business goals, reporting directly to our Senior VP level at HQ Berlin

Your Skills

  • Accomplished studies at a top international university with a focus on economics
  • Relevant experience in a management consultancy and / or in a management position in a start-up
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and autonomous leadership quality combined with a highly motivated team player attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English; Danish and Finish skills are a plus
