The journey of your car from your parking lot to our company has to be as simple as possible. In AUTO1 we ensure that via technology, developing the most efficient apps, we are helping customers have an innovative experience from their home computers till the closure of the sale in our branches.
Your new Role
Build & Automate: Design and configure conversational flows for our voice bots using Parloa, starting with Rule-Based Automation (RBA) and growing into complex logic.
Master the Telephony Stack: Learn to manage and update Twilio Interactive Voice Response (IVR) setups to ensure robust call routing and a smooth user experience.
Drive Innovation: Participate in the strategic migration of our legacy bots to the cutting-edge Parloa AMP (Advanced Module Platform), contributing to architecture decisions.
Solve Real Problems: Troubleshoot production issues, debug logic errors in voice flows, and monitor performance to keep our containment rates high.
Collaborate & Document: Work closely with product owners and linguists to implement translations, maintain clear documentation of your flows, and ensure our bots speak with the right tone.
Your Skills
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or relevant bootcamp/self-taught experience.
Coding Foundations: You have a solid understanding of programming logic (loops, if/else conditions, variables). Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is highly preferred, as it is the backbone of our logic.
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using CLI tools and have a basic understanding of how APIs work (REST, JSON).
Logical Mindset: You enjoy breaking down complex problems into flowcharts or logical steps. You can explain how a vending machine works step-by-step.
Eager to Learn: You are excited to learn niche tools like Twilio and Parloa. (Prior experience with these is a bonus, but not required—we will teach you!)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus for our multi-language bots).
