Job Description
In this role, you will support the day-to-day coordination of our nearshore teams in Albania. These teams are managed directly by managers in other countries and do not have local team leads. You will connect the teams with their managers and other stakeholders, helping ensure clear communication, effective collaboration, and smooth operations. You will also help develop existing nearshore projects and take ownership of new ones.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact between nearshore teams in Albania, their managers abroad, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, follow up on priorities and progress, and help resolve operational issues.
- Gather project requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate their execution.
- Support the development of existing projects and help identify and launch new opportunities.
- Work with management to define priorities, build stakeholder relationships, and move projects forward.
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate processes, and prepare reports and performance insights.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development as needed.
- Share local market and HR insights, and support relevant HR administration processes.
Qualifications
What you should bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in management, operations, project coordination, strategy, or a related field.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including good Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in written and spoken English

The place of work will be at AUTO1 Albania, Rruga e Kavajes, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tiranë, Albania.
