Your new Role
Your Responsibilities:
Directly reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager at Autohero France, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer complaints (email and phone), performing an initial diagnosis to assess the urgency of the claim, and proposing appropriate solutions to customers according to our warranty conditions
Ensuring the opening and follow-up of cases using our internal tools;
Reviewing, negotiating, and approving quotes and services from garages;
Upholding our brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Skills
Your Profile :
You are bilingual in French
You are meticulous, organized, and possess writing skills;
You have excellent customer relationship skills and negotiation abilities;
You have an interest in the automotive trade / industry;
Knowledges of mechanics/bodywork would be appreciated;
You are comfortable with computer tools.
