Business Analyst

Your new Role

The Business Analytics department is crucial to drive strategic initiatives, providing leadership with critical data insights and comprehensive reporting. We are looking for a Business Analyst with a good attention to details and an understanding of business principles. In this role, you will use data to assist the decision-making processes, support project execution, and share insights across different levels of the organization.

Your Skills

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Assist in developing and maintaining data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making;
• Conduct analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;
• Seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role;
• Enthusiasm for problem solving and deriving meaningful insights using data that will benefit the organization;
• A background using Google Sheet (or Excel), SQL, and Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau and Looker Studio);
• Basic knowledge in Python or R will be considered a plus.
