Your new Role

Main Tasks:

Drive the growth and optimization of the European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from the European headquarters in close collaboration with local market teams
Optimize vehicle transport and storage processes to improve capacity, lead times, and cost efficiency
Work closely with Product teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions
Manage cross-functional projects in an international environment
Prepare reports and updates for management
Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe

Your Skills

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international context
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in consulting or a startup environment
English proficiency at C1 level

The place of work will be at: Rruga Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana
Tiranë, Albania

Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
