AUTO1 Group France Participates in Duoday 2025
4 March 2026
Every year, the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) in France offers a time to reflect on and advance inclusivity in the workplace. At AUTO1 Group, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity, and we continually look for new ways to get involved.
This year, we participated in DuoDay — a French program that enables people with disabilities to discover a wide range of professions through job shadowing and hands-on experience. We were delighted to welcome two interns to our Autohero Production Center in Montataire for a day of discovery and exchange.
Throughout the day, our on-site team offered an immersive and educational experience, showing them what a typical day at the Production Center looks like. They had the opportunity to take a guided tour of our production center, discover all the different workstations, meet members of our teams, and learn more in-depth about the vehicle process. One of them wanted to become a mechanic in the future, so he was able to discover the profession and spend as much time as possible with our mechanics. The visitors gained insight into our company and the automotive production sector.
“Duoday is a unique opportunity to share and pass on knowledge to motivated young people who are eager to learn. It’s also a valuable time to foster understanding and awareness about inclusion, helping us all to build a more open and diverse workplace together,” shares Ravo Randriamanana, Talent Acquisition Manager in France and the project’s main organizer.
We’re proud to take steps toward a more inclusive workplace every day. If you’re interested in building your career with us, we invite you to explore our latest opportunities on our careers page. We welcome applicants of all genders, ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds — including people with disabilities — to apply.
